SmartIcons do not work...

When I preview a web page inside a Notes Frameset in the client (using a computed URL, such as www.ibm.com), the page opens. However after that, none of the SmartIcons work. I continually get "Please wait. Notes is processing your requests." Only way to fix is to shut down Notes (all Notes-related tasks in the Task Manager) and restart - OR - Open Designer, click a SmartIcon in Designer and then go back to Notes.
